Saturday, October 13th
3933 CR 317
McKinney, Texas 75069
Will I receive physical tickets to the event?
There are no physical tickets issued. After purchasing tickets you will be registered through our event website and you will only need to check in at registration with your name the night of the event.
What is the attire for the evening?
The attire is dressy casual, similar to what you might wear to a nice dinner out with the family. This could be slacks and a polo or dark jeans and a sports coat, casual dresses for the ladies, or a nicer pair of pants and blouse. The event will be outside, so please dress for the weather. There are many grassy areas, so we don't recommend heels but boots are a great option!
Where do I park?
There will be a complimentary valet service provided. When you arrive on property look for signs directing you to the valet check in near our registration tent. You will return to this same location to pick up your car at the end of the night.
What will the proceeds from the event be used for?
The proceeds from this event make up about 40% of Cornerstone's annual operating budget.
Will there be a silent auction?
This year's event will not include a silent auction. There will, however, still be a Cornerstone Art Show with all of our Rancher's original artwork for sale and an opportunity to win raffle packages.
What items will be available for purchase?
In addition to all of our Rancher's paintings there will be a "Cornerstone Store" with other art reproduction, ceramics, t-shirts and items made at Cornerstone Ranch. You may also purchase tickets to be entered into one of our three large raffle packages. Check out the "Raffle Preview" tab to see what you could enter to win!
Are my purchases tax deductible?
All but $50 of your ticket purchase will be tax-deductible. Purchases of items made by our Ranchers, as well as any gifts made to Cornerstone Ranch during our program are 100% tax-deductible. Other merchandise and raffle ticket purchases are non-deductible.
What will I be doing at the event?
After you check-in at registration you can visit the Art Show and Cornerstone Store in the Barn before walking over the bridge or riding on a golf cart to the residential field where the rest of the event will be held. There you can grab a drink at one of the bars, head to the lounge to enjoy music from internationally known jazz pianist, Milton Fletcher, visit the photo booth, take a tour of the Cornerstone house, and get a glimpse of the future of Cornerstone Ranch. Our dinner and live program will begin at 7:00 when you will be seated at a table hosted by one of our Cornerstone Ranchers and served a delicious family-style meal by Local Yocal of Downtown McKinney. We'll spend the evening together enjoying entertainment from our special musical guest, Josh Wilson, and celebrating all that God is doing here. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the mission of Cornerstone Ranch through your generous support.
Where can I get directions to Cornerstone Ranch?
Our address is 3933 CR 317 McKinney, Texas 75069. Most GPS services don't have any issues, but you can find written directions to Cornerstone HERE. There is currently construction on some of the roads around McKinney Airport, so if you are coming from that direction please look out for detour signs.
How early can I arrive?
Registration for general admission tickets opens at 5:45 pm. Event sponsors can register as early as 5:15 pm and will have early VIP access to the Art Show until 6:00. The Barn will open to all other event guests at 6:00 pm. Art is sold on a first come first serve basis and cannot be reserved.

This Texas-native started playing piano at nine years old, then took up guitar and drums when he was 10. From there, he never looked back. During his high school years, he continued to hone his musicianship, and eventually he fell in love with songwriting at Nashville’s Belmont University. A self-described introvert with an aversion to the spotlight, Wilson never dreamed he’d be the one behind the mic, but God had other plans.
Since signing his first record deal with Sparrow in 2006, Wilson has become a staple at radio, amassing multiple top 10 hits on Billboard’s Hot Christian Songs chart, including “Savior, Please,” “I Refuse,” “Fall Apart,” “Carry Me,” “Before the Morning,” and “That Was Then, This Is Now.” He’s toured with some of the genre’s biggest acts, including Third Day, Steven Curtis Chapman, Matthew West, Casting Crowns, and Building 429.
Wilson signed his latest record deal with Black River Christian in 2017, and in 2018, released his first single, “Dream Small,” with the new label. As a multi-instrumentalist and live-looping enthusiast, he’s been known to play and record as many as 20 instruments on stage at any given time.
Milton Fletcher, Jr. is as an internationally known jazz pianist whose career began on the Monterey Bay Peninsula in Northern California.
Milton was introduced to the piano at the age of four and it was clear to all that he was gifted to create music. By the age of ten, Milton was a thriving Monterey Jazz Festival participant. By thirteen, his young fingers were playing the piano at jazz festivals throughout Japan.
Although Milton was classically trained for nine years, his passion for jazz and improvisation continued to flourish. At seventeen, he was awarded the opportunity to attend Berklee College of Music, in Boston, MA--completing a Bachelor's Degree in Music Business in an unprecedented 3 years.
Since then, Milton has performed on nationally and internationally recognized platforms, in more than 22 countries, alongside many of the greatest artists in the music industry.
THE BEST DECISION EVER
In 2014, Milton made the ultimate decision to exit the path of fame and fortune to cultivate the dream that God placed in his heart as a young child- creating music that is pure and edifying & used exclusively to strengthen and empower people to thrive in their everyday life. Together, Milton and his wife Erika, whose background includes finance, law enforcement & a Degree in Mathematics, set out on the journey to turn a dream into a reality.
THE NEW NORMAL
In 2017, Milton and Erika founded Jasper Music Gallery- a unique media tool created to publish music that heals & inspires listeners to live a long and satisfying life.
Today, Milton’s musical leadership continues to enhance the lives of audiences worldwide. After many years of writing, teaching, composing, producing & performing, Milton continues to thrive as one of the most gifted musicians and a master of spontaneous creativity, hence the name "The Unscripted Pianist."

A highlight of the evening will be the honoring of our first Cornerstone Community Hero, Rick Wells. He has been a long-time advocate and supporter of Cornerstone Ranch and the people we serve. Rick is a restaurant entrepreneur, the owner of Harvest and Rick's Chophouse in downtown McKinney and considers it his mission to support the local community through his businesses and generous philanthropy.
“In McKinney, we live in one of the richest places in the world, but we have people with special needs that come on dead ends. If you want to live in a great city it’s defined by how you take care of the people who need help. I love what Cornerstone does. I hope that our Foundation and others will continue to circle around their mission, because, you know, their mission is God’s work.” Rick Wells
