McKINNEY, Texas — In a significant acknowledgment of their unwavering dedication and contributions to the community, the Ranchers at Cornerstone Ranch have been named the 2024 Volunteer Group of the Year by Volunteer McKinney. This prestigious award celebrates their heartfelt service efforts throughout Collin County, including delivering meals to seniors with Meals on Wheels, supporting the Samaritan Inn, and writing letters for Honor Flight recipients, among many other impactful activities.
Cynthia Heaton, Executive Director at Cornerstone Ranch, expressed immense pride in the Ranchers’ achievements, “We couldn’t be prouder of our Ranchers for their heartfelt dedication to serving our community. The award was presented during a special ceremony on April 11, 2024, at The Guitar Sanctuary in McKinney, Texas, recognizing their extensive volunteer service to various local nonprofit organizations and causes.
