At Cornerstone Ranch, our staff are dedicated to allowing the love of God to shine through us into the lives of our precious residents and day programmers. As we look to expand over the next several years, we will be adding staff to our team. If you think God might be calling you to work at Cornerstone, and if you believe you are called to a life of service to adults with special needs, then let’s start a conversation and get to know one another better. Even if we don’t have a position open at the present time, we recruit months and years in advance of placing people in a position. In particular, our direct care staff are the heart-beat of what we do. Therefore our hiring approach is extremely thoughtful and selective. We seek to ensure that the staff are deeply trustworthy and are truly called long-term to this life of service.
If you, or someone you know, are interested in a current or future job opening, please contact us at [email protected]. We look forward to finding those called to co-labor with us to provide our residents with abundant life.

AMERICORPS VISTA (Volunteers In Service To America) is a national service program dedicated to the alleviation of poverty. VISTAS serve in a nonprofit agency full-time for 1 year, to help that organization build capacity and assist more people in need.
The Outreach and Development VISTA at Cornerstone Ranch will build capacity by increasing community awareness of the agency and increasing financial support through events and grant writing efforts to support families affected by disabilities. Major functions include developing a plan to increase donors, participation in fundraising events, and researching and writing at least 6 grants during the service year with a total potential value of $100,000. The VISTA will work with Cornerstone Ranch to develop plans for events, solicit sponsorships and in-kind support, create logistical strategies and develop post-evaluation processes for each special event. VISTAs serve their communities through indirect service. The VISTA member will have limited interaction with Cornerstone Ranch clients and will be based in an office setting.
