I hereby consent and agree that Cornerstone Ranch Ministries and its employees or agents are granted the rights to take photographs and / or digital recordings of the above named participant to use in print, promotional materials, electronic media or Cornerstone Ranch social media accounts for as long as the above named participant is associated with Cornerstone Ranch.

I understand that this material will include, but not limited to documenting celebratory achievements and events, publicizing Cornerstone Ranch events, community outings, and participation in Cornerstone Ranch sponsored activities both on and offsite which include volunteer and visitor interaction.

Cornerstone Ranch will do everything in its power to protect the name and identity of each participant, however, situations may arise that are beyond Cornerstone Ranch Ministries’ control.
In signing this release I acknowledge that photos, digital images and videos posted to Cornerstone Ranch ministries web site, Facebook account or other Cornerstone Ranch social media sites and accounts can be downloaded by various parties and therefore release Cornerstone Ranch ministries from any liability arising from use of the above named participant’s photos, digital images, videos or media print postings.

I further understand that if I wish to rescind this agreement, I may do so at any time by notifying Cornerstone Ranch Ministries management in writing. Any material posted prior to rescinding this agreement will not be included and will remain in place.

By consenting to this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand and agree to the above release and stipulations.
